1. Overview
Sudoku Neo is developed and operated by Alex Fedotov ("we", "us"). We do not operate a proprietary user-account system or analytics backend. The app is designed so that ordinary puzzle progress and statistics remain on your device.
Some optional or platform features rely on Apple and Yandex services. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms, as explained below.
2. Data stored on your device
The app stores the information required to restore and operate your game, including:
- active and completed puzzle state;
- notes, elapsed time, mistakes, hints, score events, and statistics;
- daily-puzzle attempt and offline submission state;
- theme, sound, haptic, highlighting, language, and privacy preferences;
- the verified status of the one-time ad-removal purchase.
This local data is not uploaded to a Sudoku Neo server. It remains until removed by the app, reset by you, or deleted with the app, subject to Apple platform behavior such as device backups.
3. Advertising and consent
The free version uses Yandex Mobile Ads for interstitial ads shown only at eligible breaks between games and for optional rewarded ads. Before the advertising SDK is initialized, the app asks whether you allow personalized advertising or prefer non-personalized advertising. You can change that choice in Settings.
We pass your consent choice to the Yandex SDK on launch. The app disables location tracking in the SDK and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission to access the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA). Yandex may still process technical request, device, network, consent, and advertising-delivery information necessary to provide, secure, and measure its service, subject to your choice and applicable law.

4. Game Center
If you use the daily leaderboard while signed in to Game Center, Sudoku Neo sends the completed daily result required for ranking. A lost game is never submitted. Game Center may provide the app with your player identity, display name, avatar, leaderboard data, and authentication state.
Apple processes Game Center information under its own terms. Your Game Center nickname, avatar, scores, and other activity you choose to share may be visible to other Game Center users. See Game Center & Privacy.
5. App Store purchases
The optional ad-removal purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We receive verified transaction and entitlement status so the app can unlock the purchase and restore it on devices using the same App Store account. We do not receive your card number or other payment credentials.
Apple handles purchase information under the Apple Privacy Policy.
6. Support email
If you email support@fedotoff.top, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use that information only to answer the request, diagnose the issue, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
7. This website
This website does not use analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, account registration, or contact forms, and it does not set application cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and time of access, for delivery, reliability, and security.
8. Children
Sudoku Neo is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children. A parent or guardian should manage platform, Game Center, purchase, and advertising choices for any user who is below the applicable age of digital consent.
9. Your choices and requests
You can:
- choose personalized or non-personalized ads and revisit that choice in Settings;
- avoid Game Center or manage it in iOS Settings;
- remove local app data by deleting the app, subject to Apple backup behavior;
- contact us to ask about support correspondence or this policy.
For a privacy question or request, email support@fedotoff.top. We may need enough information to verify and locate your request, but we will not ask for your App Store password or payment details.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, advertising configuration, platform services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
